Meal Plan Monday ~ 6/28 - 7/4



Over at Betty Crapper ... M plans out her meals for the week and posts the plan on Mondays. I am the Copycat so I think I will try it...at least for this week. I'll post the recipes (except any PW cookbook recipes...unless they are online and then I will post the link).



Monday 6/28 - Smokey Veggie Quesadillas
Tuesday 6/29 - Beans and Corn Bread - PW Cookbook recipes 
Wednesday 6/30 - Leftovers
Thursday 7/1 - Chopped Salad
Friday 7/2 - Homemade Pizza
Saturday 7/3 - Chicken Spaghetti - PW cookbook Recipe
Sunday 7/4 Independence Day - Grilled Burgers and Hot dogs, Potato salad, Fruit salad, Malted Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies From The Pioneer Woman's blog

  1. I wish I had the orgnizational skills to do this. No one in my house eats the same things, so I tend to cook just for myself, which means lots of leftovers and eating the same thing for an entire week, anyway!

  2. I have the same situation...but I just cook and they come and eat if they want to...Madley always eats whatever I cook :)
